Main Workout Area

Welcome to SCACs' Main Co-ed Workout Area. We have more cardio equipment in this room also. In this room there are wall to wall of workout equipment that flows into our heavy weight room. In our heavy weight room there are Self Loading Weight racks for the bodybuilder or weight managing person in all of us. Freeweight range from 2.5 lbs. to 250 lbs. Cables, Steppers, Fullrange Motion Machines and much more to list.
