Our SCAC club cafe has everything you need to get your workout in gear. We have a variety of different drinks available. Our smoothies are delicious and very good for you. The sugars used in creating these great tasting drinks contain NO high fructose corn syrup. Our smoothies actually use Crystalline Fructose which does not give you the "Sugar High" and the "Sugar Crash".
